Rehabilitation Services- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services

Description of Services: Rehabilitation Services, including physical occupational and speech therapy services are provided by experienced staff with an ability to treat a multitude of diagnoses. The emphasis is on time helping patients meet their individual goals.

Physical therapy services are also available on an outpatient basis Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling (805) 933-8692.
