Offices are open 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Permits are issued 7:30 - 9:30 and 12:30 - 2:30. Please make an appointment for permits or worksite plans (805) 933-2926.

The County Agricultural Commissioner is responsible for enforcing local, state and federal laws and regulations associated with the agricultural industry and the use of certain restricted materials.
