Find Your Local Office

Most services are available at any child support office in the state, regardless of which county is managing your case. To locate the nearest child support office, please visit the California Department of Child Support Services website at www.childsup.ca.gov and click on "Contact My Local Child Support Agency" to find the office nearest to you.

Child Support On The Go!

When you visit www.childsup.ca.gov from your mobile phone the DCSS Child Support Office Locator application will launch. Using this feature, you can obtain the address of your local office. You’ll even see it on a Google Map if your phone has this capability.

You may use the toll free number to access case and account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To speak with a Child Support Professional in our office please call between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Existing customers, please click here to access Customer Connect: www.childsup-connect.ca.gov. This is a secure website to submit inquiries directly to our staff. You will receive a response within three business days!

If you do not have a case, you may email us directly at DCSS.Outreach@ventura.org. Due to confidentiality issues, case information cannot be discussed via email. Existing customers who use this email address will be directed to Customer Connect. Thank you for your cooperation.

Making Payments

Payments may be made online, over the phone or by mail. To submit payments online visit the State Disbursement Unit website at:

To pay over the phone, call the State Disbursement Unit at:

Write your name, participant ID and case number on all checks or money orders. Failure to do so could delay your payment.
