Services Provided: The Fleet Services Department provides central administrative control, including purchase and maintenance of all County vehicles (with the exception of the Fire District).

Transportation/ Heavy Equipment Divisions:

The Transportation Division operates service and repair facilities in Saticoy, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura. In addition, Transportation provides maintenance, repairs, parts, fuel, and body shop services to non-County local municipal agencies and special districts, and body and paint repairs to the Fire Protection District.

Services provided include:

• Vehicle maintenance
• Gasoline and diesel fuel dispensing at County fuel sites
• Parts and tire inventories
• Full service paint and body shop

The Heavy Equipment Division operates service and repair facility in Saticoy, purchases and maintains heavy construction and maintenance equipment for the Public Works Agency. Services include: maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment and vehicles over one ton, transport services and maintenance of most of the County's mobile and standby emergency generators. Heavy Equipment also provides maintenance and repair for non-County local municipal agencies and special districts for vehicles and/or equipment weighing one ton or more.
