Ventura County Executive Office's Human Resources Training and Development unit promotes the values of a learning organization. We are pleased to offer a variety of training classes for Ventura County employees. Courses are focused on enhancing employees' professional development and building their skills to ensure a quality and effective workforce.

Courses include Leadership, Ethics, Supervision and Career Development programs, Lean Six Sigma organizational improvement training, Discrimination and Harassment Prevention, Security Awareness, Public Sector Legal Updates, and a wide variety of computer classes such as: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Project Management, Visio, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and more.
