Welcome to the County of Ventura Water and Sanitation Utility Services Division!
The Water and Sanitation Utility Services Division of the County of Ventura Public Works Agency is responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of water and/or sewer utilities for Ventura County Waterworks Districts No.1, 16, 17, and 19, and Lake Sherwood Community Services District. The Department also provides sanitation services to Camarillo Utility Enterprise, County Service Areas No. 29, 30, and 34, and Todd Road Jail.
The Mission of the Water and Sanitation Department Utility Services Division is:
"To provide an uninterrupted high-quality water supply in sufficient volume and at a reasonable cost to meet the consumer's needs."

Our office is located within the city of Moorpark along Spring Road. Water and sewer bills may be paid in person at our facility during normal business hours or may be deposited any time in the box marked "Water Bill Payment Only" in front of the office building.
Hours of Operation: 8 a. m. to 5 p. m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
