To receive notice of addenda, bidder's name must be on planholders list, but bidders are responsible to check for addenda.

Printed copies of the document can be purchased at most commercial printing companies with internet access or may also be purchased at the Ventura County Hall of Administration, 800 South Victoria Ave, Ventura, CA 93009-1670 (Surveyor’s Public Counter on third floor) at the cost of printing, shipping and handling.
NOTE: Electroniclly transmitted bids will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted on a printed copy of the Proposal form with signatures and bid guarantee.
