Construction bidding documents, including Plans, Specifications, Addenda, Proposal form, any Supplementary Documents and Planholder's list are available on eBidBoard where the documents may be viewed, downloaded and printed. To receive notice of addenda, bidder's name must be on planholders list, but bidders are responsible to check for addenda.
Ventura County projects on eBidBoard can be downloaded from this Web Site without cost or joining eBidBoard.

Printed copies of the document can be purchased at most commercial printing companies with internet access or may also be purchased at the Ventura County Hall of Administration, 800 South Victoria Ave, Ventura, CA 93009-1670 (Surveyor’s Public Counter on third floor) at the cost of printing, shipping and handling.
NOTE: Electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted on a printed copy of the Proposal form with signatures and bid guarantee.
