The Workforce Investment Board (WIB) of Ventura County offers a valuable resource for employers and job seekers to get help when they need it.
What is unique about WIB programs and services is that they are offered at no cost to employers and job seekers alike. Through the effective use of federal funds and strong partnerships with private and public sector providers, the WIB is able to offer quality support that otherwise would be costly for individuals or businesses to receive from other sources.
As a volunteer board of business, education, labor, economic development, and community organization leaders, the WIB is leading a workforce development effort that not only talks the talk, but walks the walk as well. We are committed to making a meaningful difference in people's lives every day.
