When there is a need for workforce reduction because of company restructuring, closure, or relocation, Rapid Response services are available at no cost to employers and workers.

Rapid Response services are part of the comprehensive workforce services provided through the collaboration of the Workforce Investment Board, the Ventura County Human Services Agency, the Ventura County Employment Development Department (EDD), and other local community resources.
