HUD FY 2012-13 Annual Action Plan

This Action Plan provides an explanation of the County’s planned uses of funds and serves as the County’s annual funding application to HUD. The Plan addresses efforts to overcome obstacles to meeting needs of underserved populations. It was adopted by the Board of Supervisors after the final public hearing on May 1, 2012 and now includes final allocation amounts.

FY 2010-11 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The CAPER covers activities funded during the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Urban County Entitlement Program, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program.  HUD uses this report to assess implementation of the 2010-12 Consolidated Plan goals and FY 2010-11 Annual Action Plan activities, which provide maximum benefit to low-moderate income persons.
