Welcome to the website for the Watersheds Coalition of Ventura County (WCVC). The coalition is comprised of a consortium of local cities, wholesale and retail water agencies, special districts, the County of Ventura, and non-governmental agencies interested in promoting and implementing integrated regional water management planning efforts in Ventura County.

The primary objectives of the WCVC are to:
Reduce dependence on imported water and protect, conserve, and augment water supplies;
Protect and improve water quality; protect people, property, and the environment from adverse flooding impacts;
Protect and restore habitat and ecosystems in our watersheds;
Provide water-related public access, recreational, and educational opportunities.
