Property Taxes

• Administer the annual calculation of tax rates and subsequent tax levies for all jurisdictions
• Distribute property taxes to all taxing jurisdictions
• Receive and process all corrections issued by the County Assessor, various taxing authorities, and the County Tax Collector

• Supervise and maintain County computer based financial systems and related interfaces, forms, and procedures
• Perform efficiency reviews related to computer support systems and apply procedures to enhance productivity and maintain controls

• Auditor-Controller local area network security and administration
• Asset management and disaster recovery planning
• Prepare, publish and maintain Auditor-Controller websites
• Desktop support of personal computers, common office applications and equipment
