The Ventura County Employees' Retirement Association is located within the Coldwell Banker Building at 1190 South Victoria Avenue, Suite 200, Ventura, CA, 93003. VCERA is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Those coming from Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, or Simi Valley via the 101 Freeway northbound should use the Victoria Avenue exit, and drive north about 3/4 mile. If coming from Fillmore or Santa Paula, use the Victoria Avenue southbound exit from the 126 Freeway. From the north or west, it is easiest to take Highway 126 east from the 101 Freeway, and then use the Victoria Avenue southbound exit.
