Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Related Solicitation Documents

The Human Services Agency administers several county, state and federally funded programs designed to serve residents and families in Ventura County. These programs frequently require services from qualified contractors and vendors.

This page provides information on any current competitive solicitations being administered by HSA. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related documents soliciting competitive bids will be posted below. Please open and save all documents relating to each solicitation you are interested in.

For further information on any current solicitation, please contact the appropriate HSA staff, as indicated in the document.
