Welcome to Emergency Medical Services

Ventura County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) comprises various disciplines and agencies, including fire departments, law enforcement agencies, ambulance services, and other public and provider agencies. These agencies respond to approximately 30,000 emergency calls per year that result in 20,000 transports to emergency rooms to hospitals throughout Ventura County.

The EMS team cares about serving you while maintaining the highest standards in a demanding career. No matter the uniform, all team members strive for excellence each and every time they respond.
