The Emergency Department is specifically designed for patients with acute injuries or illnesses and is staffed with specially trained physicians and nurses.  Staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week and provide basic medical and trauma services, including x-rays, labs, exams, suturing, dressings, etc.
