Health Care for Kids/HOPE: We help families enroll and renew Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and other low cost insurance coverage for children from zero through five years of age.

Provides medical care and rehabilitation for children with certain physical limitations and chronic health conditions or illnesses.
Child Health and Disability Program (CHDP): Assures that babies, children, teens and young adults get needed health and dental check-ups.
Health Care for Children in Foster Care: Coordinates preventive health care for children placed in out-of-home placements.
Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH): Assesses the needs of women, infants, children and adolescents, and coordinates services for them.
Medical Therapy Program: Occupational and physical therapy for children who have chronic, long-term physically handicapping conditions.
Obesity Prevention Task Force: Promotes community activities, policies and environmental changes to improve healthy eating and regular physical activity.
Children's Medical Services: Improves access to health care services for Ventura County infants, children and teens.
Well Child Examinations: Offers children -- birth to 21 years of age -- health screening, treatment referrals, blood lead testing and immunizations, and sports or camp physicals.
Rx for Kids - Child Abuse Prevention Program: Reduce the risk that children will have to be removed from their homes and entering the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
Rx for Kids - Child Welfare Services: Public Health Nurses work with Child Protective Services to assess whether children are abused or neglected.
