Medical Reserve Corps LogoClick this link to become a Disaster Healthcare Volunteer with the Ventura County Medical Reserve Corps.

Mission: Develop partnerships to educate, train and deploy citizen volunteers, including health care professionals (active and retired), in case of a large-scale local emergency.

Vision: Enlist citizen volunteers to form an organized group who will support Emergency and Medical Management Systems during major emergencies.

About 200 of your neighbors have registered and are being trained for possible deployment during this flu season. Our group includes current and retired doctors, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, school nurses and an epidemiologist and other people who want to help in health-related emergencies.

Keep Up-to-Date
